Masseria Degli Angeli is entered through an arched stone gateway with ancient stone paving. The high walled courtyard is a beautiful haven for outdoor living and offers total privacy. Relax in the seated roman bath or in the shade of the roman tiled veranda with its stone columns and arch. This Masseria (fortified farm house) is full of character features and is located in a tranquil countryside setting surrounded by olive, pine and almond trees. All the facilities of Francavilla Fontana are only 5 minutes drive.

  • Masseria Degli Angeli, Francavilla Fontana, Brindisi Province, Puglia Region, Alto Salento (The "heel" of Italy). Midway between Brindisi and Taranto. The Salento region of Puglia was the film location for the musical  "Walking on sunshine".
  • Easy to locate with good access roads. Last property in dead end road. Very Private, with no near neighbours.
  • The area around the plot is rural farm land with a mixture of vineyards, olive groves, vegetable plots, sheep, cow and horse grazing land. The fantastic neighbours are all Italian and it is a safe area. 
  • 5 minutes from all amenities in Francavilla Fontana including hospital, doctors, vets, schools, gym, swimming pool, castle, train station, restaurants, bars, shops, weekly market etc.
  • 35 minutes from Brindisi airport. Flights to England, Spain, France, Switzerland, Sweden, Belgium and Denmark. Plus internal flights to major Italian Cities. It is even possible to fly to Rome for a day trip. 
  • Ryanair flights from Stansted and Manchester, Easyjet from Gatwick. Bari airport is 1 hr 30 mins up the coast with flights with Easyjet, Ryanair and BA.
  • 35 minutes drive to beautiful sandy beaches
  • Oria, San Michele Salentino and Grottaglie, are less than 15 minutes drive
  • Ostuni, Ceglie Messapica, Manduria, Taranto, beaches and Brindisi are less than 35 minutes drive.
